Held at the legendary OSU Cross Country Course in Stillwater, Oklahoma, the event featured competitive races in various divisions.
In the college men’s 8k race, the University of Iowa’s Nathan Mylenek took the top spot with an impressive time of 23:52.9. Following closely behind were Chase Reynolds from Oklahoma Baptist University and Alex Maier from the University of Oklahoma. In the team standings, the University of Iowa clinched the top spot, with Oklahoma Baptist University and Oklahoma State University coming in second and third, respectively.
The college women’s 6k race saw a tight competition, with Abby Comella from the University of Arkansas emerging as the winner in a time of 20:02.8. Rounding out the top three were Aaliya Fisher from the University of Texas and Erin Strzelecki from the University of Oklahoma. The University of Texas took home the team title in the women’s division, followed by the University of Arkansas and the University of Kansas.
