Horses Unlimited hosts spring break camp for young riders

Horses Unlimited, a non-profit horse rescue in El Paso, Texas, is hosting a spring break camp for young horse enthusiasts from March 10-12. The camp, costing $150 per student with only 10 spots available, will run from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. daily. Participants will engage in hands-on experiences, including round pen training, grooming, saddling, riding exercises, and educational lessons on horse anatomy and care.

The camp aims to help children build confidence and connect with horses, while proceeds will go towards completing shade structures for the rescue’s horses before the rainy season. Founded in 2011, Horses Unlimited is dedicated to rescuing and rehabilitating horses and offering therapeutic riding programs.

Those interested in signing up for the camp can contact Horses Unlimited at 915-491-7653. The Sunday Funday moment, sponsored by Sarah Farms, will air on Sunday, March 9 at 8 a.m. and in the evening. Horses Unlimited is located at 15415 Buckwheat St, El Paso, TX 79938.
