Oklahoma Farm Bureau members between the ages of 35-55 gathered in Stillwater on Feb. 15 for the Winter 2025 Generation Bridge winter gathering. The event, which drew nearly 40 attendees, included a tour of the new Agricultural Hall at Oklahoma State University’s Ferguson College of Agriculture. The participants learned about the construction of the building and its significance in providing new learning and research opportunities for students, faculty, and staff.

After the tour, the group enjoyed lunch at Hideaway Pizza and received a legislative update from OKFB Director of Public Policy Gage Milliman. The event concluded with a basketball game between the OSU Cowboys and the Texas Tech Red Raiders.

Generation Bridge, a program aimed at connecting mid-career agriculturalists with Farm Bureau and leadership opportunities in the agriculture industry, hosts gatherings throughout the year. These events provide networking opportunities and educational insights for members looking to stay informed and engaged in Oklahoma’s agriculture community.

The Winter 2025 gathering was a successful way for Oklahoma Farm Bureau members to expand their knowledge of the industry, connect with fellow leaders, and stay informed on legislative issues affecting agriculture in the state. Attendees left the event with a deeper understanding of the importance of continued education and collaboration within the agriculture sector.
