As OKC nears playoffs, Loud City HQ makes its comeback


The Oklahoma City Thunder are set to head to the NBA Playoffs, and the city of Oklahoma is buzzing with excitement. From daily giveaways and pop-up fan zones in Automobile Alley to a statewide playoff tour and large-scale public art installations, OKC is gearing up to support their team.

Fans can visit Loud City HQ in Automobile Alley for live DJs, exclusive merchandise, and Thunder-themed giveaways from April 14-19. The pop-up event will also feature appearances from Rumble the Bison and special edition Thunder merch drops.

The Thunder Up Tour presented by OU Health will be rolling through Norman, Lawton, and Tulsa, giving fans a chance to experience a mobile fan experience with limited-edition playoff gear and photo opportunities.

For fans looking to attend the playoff games, tickets for the first round go on sale on April 14, with season ticket members already having access. Resale tickets can also be found through the Thunder website.

In addition, the city of Oklahoma City will be adorned with Thunder-themed art installations, including large graphics at Paycom Center and along the OKC Streetcar, as well as window art at various local businesses throughout the playoffs.

With the Thunder set to have home-court advantage in the first round of the playoffs, the city of Oklahoma City is ready to support their team in their quest for an NBA Championship.
